Sozo created an immersive VR experience that brings astronomy to life, combining rich storytelling with interactive exploration. Users begin their journey alongside Galileo, learning the basics of astronomy before blasting off into space to uncover cosmic mysteries. The experience culminates with a behind-the-scenes tour of South Africa’s powerful MeerKAT radio telescope — usually accessible only to top scientists. By solving challenges and collecting real data, players step into the shoes of astrophysicists, discovering how galaxies form, evolve, and perhaps even answering the question of whether we are alone in the universe.
